The simplicity of installing.
Concerned that the handle would be hot to touch from being in full sun, however not the case. The handles remain cool to touch all day. Simplicity at it best and affordable. Vey tight fitting in the holes that were fit specific. Light weight. Good quality.

The letter is too narrow
I wear a size 29 jean so I’m not overweight by any means this ladder is so narrow. I cannot even fit my hips through it unless I twist them and bend down would not recommend this ladder at all unless you’re super tiny.

Very Good Ladder for a Great Price; No Deck Flanges Included
I was skeptical that this ladder was really going to be made of stainless steel, but it is, A very powerful magnet will not stick to it. It is well made and my only criticism is that the deck flange that is needed to complete the installation is not included nor does the product listing make that clear. That's why I rated it down on ease of installation.

Not very helpful and does not respond to my emails.
This was not one of my finer moments but the ladder was shoddy and not as described. The steps broke when putting it together and I had sent it back but unfortunately, I sent to the same address some other box and they refused to send it back to me, even when I offered to pay for the shipping. They kept the box of chairs and did not return the erroneous box I sent by mistake.

Not user friendly
We got rid of these after 1 season last year. Hard to get in and out of the pool. Do yourself a favor and just get steps that you can walk in and out of, much better.
