## Questions & Answers

**Q: Please where can i get some to buy in ghana?**
A: look for some oriental stores closer to your area. filipino stores, thai places, korean or vietnamese stores will carry this product,

**Q: Adobo experts, do you use 1:1 ratio of vinegar to soy sauce or a 1:2 vinegar to soy sauce ratio?**
A: Proper Adobo would be 2/3 cups vinegar (5 fluid oz.) to 1/2 cup (4 oz.) of THIS Soy. Any other brand of Soy, you should use 1/3 cup (about 2.6 oz) So with another brand of soy it would actually be 2:1, with this brand more like 1.5:1. In short, more on the vinegar.

**Q: How many mg of sodium in a T of soy sauce?**
A: The label on my bottle is slightly different than the picture so I don't know if it's exactly the same as what you have, but it says 900 mg sodium per tablespoon.

**Q: Whats the expiration date on ur current stock?**
A: Good question!!! I don’t see one on either bottle??!
