But once I learned to push it flat against the window, it did a good job. The fluffy cloth worked well to clean the windows. I still used a microfiber cloth to wipe off excess liquid. Overall, it works well. The pole was long enough to reach the top of my ground floor windows. It's wide enough to cover the windows in 3 swipes, and fit our decorative windows. I was also able to maneuver it between the iron bars that protect the windows. So no problems.
