Product Description Professional Quality Blocks Professional Quality Blocks - High strength control Roshield wax bait blocks are manufactured by a hot casting process, ensuring the wax and other components are intimately mixed. This process ensures blocks are highly tolerant to humidity and suitable for use both indoors and outdoors. In addition, the blocks have a hole through the centre that allows them to be securely fixed in a bait station. Blocks are the first choice for most pro operators as they can be used within damp environments such as sewers, cellars and external bait stations. Review: Super effective - We've had a couple of mice in the flat recently and before the management co could get pest control out, we decided on a pack of these & a couple from B&Q to see if we could thin the herd a little and give ourselves some peace of mind. I was slightly sceptical regarding effectiveness to be honest, but they've exceeded expectations. The B&Q ones remain completely untouched, whilst these have wrought much sorrow upon Mickey's household. If you know where the critters like to run, then stick a couple of these along their path and watch the body count rise. If you're not sure of their favourite routes, stick them down against walls etc and check every day or two (there's a little key supplied that lets you open the box). If the red block inside hasn't been touched, relocate. If the block has been nibbled and there's crumbs of it inside, you're on the right track. They're literally taking the bait and you can expect the mousey grim reaper to pay a visit shortly. Also, if you are using these inside the home, be warned that in our experience the critters seem to quite often expire within sight of the traps themselves. Of the 4 we've sent to meet their maker so far we found them all within a foot, at most, of the box. Anyone who tells you they nibble at these and then head off away somewhere to drift peacefully off to rodent heaven is talking out of their arse. So be prepared to undertake corpse removal & disposal.

**Q: Do you pull.out the red plastic off the bait? In the pre baited boxes.**
A: The only red plastic I saw was the opening key, that is not used until you need to check the baiters for mouse activities. I would not mess with the bait inside, and if touching it, i always use thick gloves. Hope this helps

**Q: Received these today - but, the instructions are on the outside of the box and amazon put my address label over the instructions . instructions please**
A: Same! Luckily there is a PDF of the leaflet on this page (about 2 sections up) I'm having a look just now.

**Q: Would the mice spit the bait out, and where would they die? As gave mice under kitchen units but have pets**
A: The mice don’t spit the bait out and I’ve never found a dead mouse just lying on the floor. Put the bait where the pets can’t easily access and chew it, though, perhaps under an appliance where mice can go but pets can’t.

**Q: Can dogs and cat die if they eat the mice**
A: Hi,
Unfortunately, there is a danger of secondary poisoning to pets and wildlife if they consume poisoned rodents.
It may be safer to consider using food baited traps instead.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good trap, but no key.

It is a good design of trap, and they come pre-loaded with bait, but it is usual to provide a key that allows you to replace the bait after a time. A "multi-purpose key" (opens more than make/type of trap, costs between £4 and £5,which makes the traps expensive to own if this is the first time you are using them.
