Only a bag of 12 were shipped to me. I never could get help getting the rest of the order since you can't talk to anyone at Amazon, and they wanted me to send back what I had received in order to replace it. I just needed to get 12 more. But the fans themselves are perfect. I used them on our recent vacation. Only one has come apart so far, but I took some stick glue and glued it back so it has worked fine since then. The only issue was in the shipping; the item says that same-day delivery is available, I followed all of the "rules" to get these same-day, but wound up having to overnight them. Amazon refunded the overnight shipping cost, but just wanted to make other potential purchasers aware of this issue. Otherwise, I would totally recommend these fans! These are not for kids - these are for gentle use or for inexpensive decorations. Exactly what kind of quality were you expecting for less than 30 cents each?
