Review: Good Quality - This knife is really sharp so beware when using, I personnally only use it for cooking etc for which it slices through most items of food so very easily. The quality appears to be very good but only time will tell just how good it is like most things and how well it's looked after. I keep it in a Wooden knife block to save any chance of injury to myself or damage to the knife blade itself. Some reviews say that it doesn't maintain it's sharpness and that it's Chinese rubbish, well personally I don't see it that way and for a Stainless Steel Knife which is sold as being from Sheffield Steel I call this good value. Hope it proves me right.

A: The length of the blade is roughly 12cm and I would say Utility Knife is a better description than Paring Knife. This is a very good, sharp blade but I find the handle a little too narrow for me. Hope this helps.
