Tried it on stains even a pressure washer couldn't get out. I tried different different chemicals on different sections. This stuff started its visual magic on contact. I couldn't find another chemical to work as good. It's expensive, but with the money. Definitely wear protection when using this! The smell isn't gross, but not the best.
