I ended up contacting the US distributor of the robot and asked if I could just buy the broken piece (was my fault I didn't take care of it right away). They not only helped me out, but they did it right away and did not charge me at all.. My 5 1/2 year old put this together with no issues. I helped put pressure on the screwdriver for the Philips screws, but other than that he did it all himself.......And this thing is fun to watch!
