**Q: I need 35 ft of tubing**
A: I think the company sells a 25ft and 50ft version. You will have to cut and flange one end yourself for that length.

**Q: Is there a troubleshooting manual available online?**
A: There’s something in the installation manual I believe. Their customer service is pretty good too if you can’t find your answers there.

**Q: Can outside compressor unit support a 2nd inside unit**
A: Up to 4 on my unit (30,000 btu)

**Q: Is there a wireless remote control available for seperate purchase for this unit?  If so, what is the part number?**
A: This unit doesn’t do wireless remote. I believe the larger unit have WiFi with APP control capabilities.
