So I drilled a 1" hole in the Fire Pit copper bowl (to accommodate the Big Red hookup line going from the propane tank to the Big Red unit), filed the edges so all were smooth (total 10 minutes, if you have the right gear) put the Big Red Campfire inside the Fire Pit, hooked up the propane line to the Big Red, other end to the propane tank and done deal !! Now I can light a fire anytime in less than 5 seconds, burn as long or as short as I want, and turning it off in less than 5 seconds - no clean up or mess. Even better, you don't have to keep the mesh lid on during burning because there are no worries about burning bits of wood floating or popping out. Last night, around 11 pm I wondered out to the back yard and decided to enjoy a fire in the Fire Pit while I sat in a camp chair. Cranked the propane value with one hand and my other hand held a sparker gas appliance igniter (also bought on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000EDSTAG/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) - a second later - poof; instant blazing fire. Try it and you will never go back to the mess and trouble of a regular Fire Pit again! ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Hardware Is an Issue *by J***. on Reviewed in the United States on April 10, 2020* I just put the fire pit together and haven't used it yet. It looks really nice but the screw holes in the legs don't all line up with the screw holes in the frame. I'm going to need to file out one of the holes to make the last screw fit. Furthermore, the nuts that are welded into the legs are at weird angles so they basically fit, but not well. Kind of "first day on the job" welding. This was an expensive fire pit, as they go, and I was thinking that it would be really well put together.
