My only complaint is that they tend to be slightly costly. They should have more lightning deals.

**Q: Can use the reverse flushed water for bathing usage?**
A: Hi Senthil,

No, we do not recommend the usage of Reverse Flushed water because it is performed to clean your cartridge. And during Reverse Flushing, dirt and impurities come out of your cartridge.

**Q: how to use life indicator**
A: Dear Shivangi,
Thank you for contacting WaterScience.
Cartridge comes with a timestrip ,you need to put it on your CLEO Shower Filter /CLEO Multiflow Shower Filter. You need to activate the timestrip by pressing button present on the timestrip. Timestrip indicates time to replace your cartridge.

**Q: How often should i clean it n how should i clean it**
A: The cartridge can be easily cleaned using 'reverse-flushing' - installing the cartridge upside down and turning on shower or tap at full speed for 5 minutes. All the impurities inside get flushed out. Detailed instructions will given in the user manual. 

You can do reverse-flushing once every 30-45 days or whenever you notice reduction in water flow from the filter.

**Q: Length and breadth of filters❔❓**
A: The cartridge is cylindrical in shape with a height of about 7cm and diameter of 5.5 cm. Please note these cartridges are only compatible with WaterScience CLEO Bath Water Filter models.

WaterScience hard water filter is one of the best filters available from an Indian company in the market. This does not reduce TDS but softness hard-water and additionally does filtration to some extent. The company listens to its customers, rectifies design flaws in iterations, and provides excellent support. Goes to show that they care for the product and value feedback. My only complaint is that they tend to be slightly costly. They should have more lightning deals.
