    Fantastic ADVANCED gliding workout!

Mindy Mylrea is a National and World Aerobic Champion. Her DVD's are well produced and her cueing is excellent! As the title of this DVD implies, this is an extream workout, and Mindy is very impressive. If you are an advanced glider, this DVD is for you! However, if you are new to gliding, I would sugest starting with her ULTIMATE BUNS & LEGS WORKOUT and her CARDIO BLAST DVDs. Mindy is the best instructor to start with! I have tried two other instructors DVD's, and Mindy's DVD's are the safest and most accurate. Her workouts include accurate counting of repetitions (believe me, some of the other instructors DVD's are wildly off), good instruction / cueing, and safe use of speed. Her demonstration of exercises (for different levels of intensity)are very good too.

I love using the glider discs. This was listed as an extreme workout, and I am in fairly good shape. Actually, I was smug and thought, " how hard can this be?".  Extreme is a good description, for it was very demanding. I like Mindy's instructional tone and methods. Definitely not for a beginner.

I remember the glide classes at the gym years ago and I much prefer this way of working out.  You can throw the discs into your gym bag and incorporate the moves in your workout, as  well as enjoying the experience of the workout at home or on holidays as the DVD and discs take up no room in a bag / suitcase.Fantstic work out for core strengthening.
