I use it as a stack along with the Bio Energy. I have all sorts of genetic health issues, one of which landed me on a hospital having surgery to remove my thyroid and another being breast cancer and I had to have chemo which gave me a whole new world of health and energy problems that have never gone away since I ended chemo. Those two alone would suck the energy out of anyone. But I also have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and depression and anxiety. I am very sensitive to anything, pretty much that is energy related. Energy drinks and energy pills....all sorts of stuff related to energy producing products usually set me on edge, gives me a really bad headache and makes me grumpy and in a bad mood in general. They also make me shake and my heart race. But honestly, I have had it with not having any sort of energy to even live my own life, albeit very simply just day to day. I'm not asking for much...I don't want to go run marathons or swim the channel and I couldn't do it even if I wanted to. I just would like to get up, clean up around the house with regular chores, take the dogs out when they need it, take a shower, maybe do some errands, cook dinner for my family and clean up after that. Oh and maybe an art project a few times a week. For the last 10 years or so all of that has been a pipe dream. I'm not able to do much of that and have just been in survival mode for the most part, just relying on family to help me get through the day. It's honestly no way for anyone to live. I never asked for my money back, I used the product but that didn't matter they must have seen the review.
