**Q: What app can I use to control this away from home as my app only detects the thermostat when my phone is connected to my home Wi-fi?**
A: I can control my stat remotely as it’s added to the Google Home app. Read the setup instructions that come with the device

**Q: Can this be used remotely when out of the house ? Surley thats the whole point ? Some answers say can't be used out of wifi .**
A: First, you must purchase the correct WIFI version, download the My Beca Smart APP to connect to wifi

**Q: Will this work over 4g (not wi-fi)? i bought a beok thermostat but the app won’t connect over 4g**
A: It used to work over 4G with an iPhone. I’ve even used it abroad. It won’t even work on 4G from my garden now.

**Q: I can't find the BecaSmart app in my Android store, where do you get the app from?**
A: There should be a link ans/or barcode in the instruction booklet that will take you to it

Fantastic product all the features of the more expensive products like hive etc. Its a game changer for your heating

### ⭐⭐⭐ Needs its own 240v supply

I found this item relatively easy to fit however my old thermostat only had to wires attached which were the control for the boiler. the power for the boiler was supplied from a separate switch so I had to attach the existing control wires to this thermostat and supply this thermostat with it's own 240v supply. The thermostat seems to work fine, is easy to read with a nice large display and is easily controllable from the app however one of the reasons I purchased this item was to use it with Google home and that is where my only complaint arises. I have added 3 screenshots to this review. 1. Is the home screen of Google home showing the Thermostat installed (Heating) 2. Is the display you get on the 'Beca' app, as you can see the is a display of the set temperature that you can drag to the desired temperature. 3. Is the display you get in Google home. as you can see it seems to show the same display but it is all grey and nothing is active. You can however set the temperature through Google home speaker using voice commands but if you are out of the house or not in the same room as the speaker you need to use the Beca app. I would have given it 5 stars if it had not been for this issue.
