Review: Decent quality at 1/4 of OEM price! - The price was right and it installed in less than 5 minutes...hopefully it will outlast the car! Purchased it for my 2004 Outback EJ259 2.5L. I had multiple engine codes 2 weeks ago; P0303, P0304 (cyl 3 & 4 misfires) and the car was running soo rough. The vehicle was drivable the 1st week but got progressively worst. By the 2nd week, I was averaging less than 10mpg with everything and anything rattling under the car. Well, after installation I was able to verify that the check engine light and the DTC codes are all gone. I double checked using 2 different OBD2 scan tools just to make sure. I will update this review in a few months and hope that this product will keep working...my only concern was that it's a Chinese made aftermarket.

Initially bought because I was doing a tune up on my 02 Forester. Figured it was cheap and the OEM had 175k miles on it, the old one was working fine. Did a full tune up and put this part in. Occasionally it would sit there and crank for a while before firing up on cold start, then one day it just starts misfiring on cylinder 1... Replaced with the old OEM unit and it ran fine, actually it ran smoother... Only lasted about 15k miles, I would rather spend 4x the amount on a new OEM unit than buy this one again.
