Product Description Safe & Secure: This fish breeding box is a multi-functional tank for breeding, hatching, isolating and acclimating all kinds of fishes, such as bettas, guppies, medaka, ect..Also, with some plants in, it satisfies the need for new arrivals to instinctively find privacy. Space for fish to swim ( S size ) : 3.9" x 2.7" x 2.3", about ¾ can of the 250ml. Space for fish to swim ( M size ) : 6.1" x 3.5" x 3.7" ( L x W x H ),you can put 2 cans in like the pic. Space for fish to swim ( L size ) : 9.0" x 4.7" x 5.1" ( L x W x H ), you can put 4 cans in like the pic. Isolate sick fishes and newborn fishes, feed them and protect them from being attacked. Improve living rate. Offer a safe room for preganent fishes, keep the eggs from being eaten. acclimate offensive fishes . 2mm super-slim isolation gap allows water flow, also prevent fish escaping. The balancing board and 2 handles can help keep this fish hatchery box floating on water, will not sink.

**Q: How is this for fish eggs?**
A: I would be careful with fish eggs mate as the gaps in the sides are maybe a little wide and they could float out without plants and stuff to keep them safe

Great item. I gently scooped some eggs from the side of my tank and placed them in this separator. I now have a few more wonderful bronze Corys. Really chuffed, never managed to breed fish before as my Pleco always found the eggs. Well made product too.
