**Q: There are two similar dimensions listed for the bar, 1 1/4" and 1 7/8".  Which one indicates the diameter of the bar along its entire length?**
A: It is 1 1/4” the whole length, except in the middle where it attaches to the weight machine where it gets slightly bigger.

**Q: Is this lat pulldown bar hollow or solid construction?**
A: Hollow.   Wet lite weight but very strong and holding up to machine weight 300lb stack.

**Q: how much loadable weight can the bar handle before it bends?**
A: I can’t answer based on the engineering technical number.  That would be the company answer.  What I can say is I use it on a 400 lb Hoist cable machine and have had no issues.
