A: They were made in Japan but I just received my order and they are made in Vietnam (Received date 4/15/20).

**Q: How do you get the cap off?! helpppp**
A: Push the cap down as far as it can go and then twist it. Very similar in concept as opening medication bottles

**Q: Are these preservative free?**
A: Not sure what you mean by preservative free, just google each of the active & inactive ingredients pls...
This mainly works for me, it cools/refreshes my tired eyes, gets the red out in seconds!
