Review: Its got it all... - Satellite dish motor controls, USB storage, etc., plus more stuff. But it doesn't have an extra tuner so you can watch and tape two different channels at the same time. (Or does it? I don't think so.) I got 41 very clear local channels, some are HD, but haven't been able to get anything on the Free-to-Air Satellite input, even with all brand-new equipment (no signal from the LNB pickup, I think).
Review: Linkbox 8000HD Local - I like this receiver, however my son has a linkbox 8000 and I do not see any difference. I thought this one would allow me to get Local channels because I paid extra for the Local. I can not get any local plus it really get hot!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Its got it all...

Satellite dish motor controls, USB storage, etc., plus more stuff. But it doesn't have an extra tuner so you can watch and tape two different channels at the same time. (Or does it? I don't think so.) I got 41 very clear local channels, some are HD, but haven't been able to get anything on the Free-to-Air Satellite input, even with all brand-new equipment (no signal from the LNB pickup, I think).

I like this receiver, however my son has a linkbox 8000 and I do not see any difference. I thought this one would allow me to get Local channels because I paid extra for the Local. I can not get any local plus it really get hot!
