I have sat on them dozens of times, they got caught in my recliner mechanism a couple of times and my daughter ran them over once in the garage--the arms seemed to have broken off and a lens popped out... BUT they snapped right back together---no problem! No scratches! Good as new!! They are made from a rubberized plastic--they bend but do not break and they are not sloppy, loose and rubbery. Durable lens plus it has that blue light block for computer use. Now if only they had a retrieve beacon or beeper so I wouldn't misplace them so often--lol. I do have two pair, but sometimes that's not enough! Snapped one of the arms clean off, which is how I discovered they don’t have that annoying, tiny screw, they simply snap into place.Block the blue light, my computer glasses came with a test kit, a litmus like credit card that was blue light sensitive and a little blue light. Point the light at the white card and it would turn blue in the spot hit, put the glasses in between the light and the card, and no change. (The blue spot slowly returns to white) Point being, I tested these and they protected the card from the light.These are awesome! my only warning would be, it has been my experience that if I really like something, they stop making making it.
