In that aspect, it fits the bill, but I hate the fact that it is absolutely tasteless. I don't really mind that much, but I do mind that it specifically states on the packaging that it is mint flavored when it is not. The mint is practically non existent and it would have been a more pleasant chewing experience if it were as the package indicates. However, that would not stop me from buying it again and recommend to others . I 've been looking around and haven't found anything better.
