It's not too sweet, it lets the taste of the beef shine while also giving it a peppery, garlicky, oniony something that other seasonings miss on. The thing is, the price has been crazy lately! This is likely the fault of inflation and the price of the individual seasonings rising- I don't know. What I do know is that last June (2023) I bought this for just over $6. I even subscribe-and-saved the spice at this price. I was recently told that it was no longer available at that price- no kidding!
