**Q: what is the sodium count**
A: One ounce has 90 mg of sodium. According to the package that's about 17 chips.

**Q: Are these ok for AIP elimination?**
A: Don't know what AIP elimination is. The Chips are very greasy.  I ordered a box. And the grease actually seeped into the cardboard box. Yuck!

**Q: what is size in inches of the box that contain the 12 bags?**
A: Probably about 18-20x18-20 inches .

**Q: Are these fried or baked?**
A: Hello!  Thanks for reaching out to us. Our Terra vegetable chips are fried by atmospheric or vacuum process depending on the product. Vacuum frying typically uses lower temperature and the product absorbs less fat than atmospheric frying. The type of frying used is dependent on the types of vegetables being fried in order to deliver the product quality that consumers expect from Terra Chips.
