Review: Works as expected. - It is not great that Medistrom does not include this cable with the Pilot 24 Lite, but at least they provide it for a price. The two cables (charging and DC Out) both fit and work perfectly on my unit- no issues. Would love to trade the S10 and Mini cables for them, though... Shipping was fast through desertcart, and is faster than it would have been ordering through the Canadian manufacturer.
