My hair is very thick and frizzy. It is a leave in conditioner so your hair will feel hydrated and in much better condition from the first application. A little goes a long way. My hair normally 'drinks' product meaning I have to use lots but I was surprised this was not the case. I applied to clean, damp hair and left to dry naturally. Please note I found this product did create volume, if you dry with heat you may not have the desired finish if you do not want 'big hair'.
