Buying Guide ------------ Troubleshooting your DXR-5: DXR-5 Unit won’t charge Clean the metal plates of battery with a dry cloth. Pivot the battery from the left FIRST and ensure metal plates are in contact. Ensure AC adapter is fully plugged into the power jack of monitor unit. Swap AC adapters of monitor and camera unit. If unit charges with the other AC adapter, the AC adapter needs to be replaced. Call 1(800) 291-0195 for replacement of AC adapter. DXR-5 Monitor signal issue Keep all 2.4Ghz devices (s, laptops, internet TV, routers, etc.) at least 3’ away from both monitor and camera unit.
