I haven't tried under water which is the reason why i bought it. I add more to this review once i try it under water.The camera is easy to use, very intuitive. The directions in the instructions are easy to follow. It took me less than 5 minutes to figure out how to use it. The only time i actually read the directions was when i wanted to see the picture on the camera(playback). It was easy to find.Quality is pretty decent when taking a picture outside. It is not that awesome for inside pictures with low light, even with the flash on, but since I don't intend to take pictures inside I really don't care.
