This adds a difficulty to your pushups. It also allows for additional support and form. While the wii board allows to to grasp it and do your push ups this bar adds a minor elevation giving you a better workout and better form. This also allows you to change how the bars are set and do different style push ups depending on your preference. So if you want traditional you can or you can swap to a more bicep pushup.

Great for doing push ups...the handles make it easier to do them rather than hurting my wrists the traditional way. The handles can be repositioned.
