They are stuck in the lick position, tried to turn to unlock, they are stuck!** A: Hi, the pumps come tightly locked by the manufacturer. For best results, hold the pump tightly by the pump mechanism while unscrew. Basically, the pump needs to be turned while the inner mechanism stays still.
