## Description

Robust and highly reliable, inductive sensors from Contrinex are suitable for non-contact detection of metallic parts at distances up to 40 mm. The vacuum moulded electronics and metal housing protect the sensors against impact, vibration, dust, dirt and moisture. Contrinex sensors are ideal for use in demanding environmental conditions. An inductive sensor produces a high-frequency magnetic field. When a metallic object approaches this field, energy is deprived of it and the output switches.
