Can the mic be rotated to all the way to 180 degree so, it can be used from the right or left ear? **Q: No user manual. there is a 2 pos sw next to the volume knob and a 2 pos sw on the other side. what are they supposed to do?** A: Not sure what 2 pos sw means. But on my headset there is silver slider that allows you to turn the mic on and off from either side I believe. Not sure, that's going to help you. But if you find out something different, I would be interested to know myself. This is smaller than the usual 3.5mm size for cell phones so it will not work with them, and it has no relation to conventional telephone wiring, so do not expect to use it with a traditional desktop telephone. It is not RJ-anything.
