Review: Great fit and an excellent value - This filter is very well built, and depending on which model vehicle you have, will easily pay for itself after two regular air intake filter changes. This was recommended to me by a mechanic who works on jet engines and can fix just about anything. It does was it claims to do. Whilst I don't notice any particular level of performance improvement, I am happy knowing that my engine intake is protected and also that I won't have to spend half the price of this every year for a throw away piece of cardboard filter. NOTE: I've read other reviews complaining that the filter was "wet". This is by design, it is an oiled filter and that enhances the particle collection whilst protecting the filter. There are cleaning kits available that include oil that should be reapplied after cleaning at the 50,000 mile interval. I wish people would actually read the instructions and understand what they are buying before posting a review.
