I got this to use in sketching out designs I hope to make it simply designs I dream up that may never come to full fruition. The outlines are light so they won't show through your sketches but you can go over them with pencil or pen if need be. The paper isn't quite thick or strong enough to hold alcohol markers without bleed through and I suggest doing a test page with any wet media you plan to use. I decided colored pencils were the best bet for me.
