I discovered it earlier this year, when I was recovering from an injury. I had a pretty severe groin pull, that I foolishly continued trying to run with. By the time I realized that I really needed to just stop completely. I had managed to get pretty much my entire lower body angry at me. I took time off and rested, as well as trying a myriad of supplements and herbs to get the healing going. It wasn't until I started taking this that things turned around, and I mean quickly. Within a few days of starting on this, the pain was remarkably decreased. Within a couple of weeks I was back to running. I started gradually, since I didn't want a repeat of my injury. I emerged from my experience a bit wiser, with the knowledge that you are much better off to take some time off when an injury first occurs, and also with my new found friend Solomon's Seal.
