Look at the 3 slots on the cross bar. Gives great latitude in distance between mount screws. Works fine on 16 or 24 inch centers. **Q: Does your unit sit level on this bracket? I just got mine and they don't open far enough for the unit to sit level. It will be leaning towards th wall** A: of course it leans slightly towards the wall. the compressor will have little to no chance of sliding off during installation or removal for servicing. **Q: What size drill bit is needed for the wall anchors and bolts? This will be in a brick wall** A: It requires a 12 mm bit. Good luck finding one. 7/6" is to small (anchor gets crushed) and 1/2" is too large (anchors don't grip). Get the unit without anchors or buy another brand. **Q: Is it Miami-Dade approved rated?
