**Q: Do they fit the total gym 2000 and where are the holes to connect the dip bars**
A: According to Total Gym Customer Service, some of the older 2000s do not have holes.   I used to have a 2000.  Two actually.  No holes on either.   No holes, no dip bar.

**Q: can the dip bars fit on the new total gym fit**
A: I have the XLS...fits fine & a great addition...well worth getting champ...cheers Phil

**Q: How do I use it?**

I seriously would recommend this and every other attachment you can get for the Total Gym (I have the XLS, so make sure that the system you are buying is compatible with these). I own them all and use them all every day. Offers a great addition to an already great and convenient work out.

This is a great add-on to my Total Gym. I should have purchased sooner. Combine this with the weight bar and you can get a really good tricep workout in. It is pricey for what it is, but you can't argue with what it does....
