The key with the jelly polish is to go slow, apply thin, and layer until you get the desired tone. This polish is very runny, and very Kelly green on the first layer. As you add layers, it deepens to a beautiful emerald jewel tone. The trick is to apply very thin layers, blow on them to dry it and then proceed with the next layer - bare minimum amount on the brush to apply an even stroke and not have it get sticky. If you take it slow it’s worth it! Two very thin layers was a Kelly green that would be good for summer.
