I just Received the white crane version from of sai from a UK Store. And compared to these they feel hollow like the some Youtubers say. Will these get the job done yes. If you are just starting sai training i recommend these to start with for the price to build some should strength then eventually buy the $70 to $120 ones from a etsy dealer, the weight difference will theow you but it will make these feel like you are swinging heavy plastic.
