I got let down twice on this product and there won't be a third time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works as described *by S***M on September 12, 2019* This has done the trick for keeping our new chickens at the correct temperature. When the temperature drops, it turns on the heating side of the plug. We have not used the cooling option yet. There is plenty of wire as to be able to hang it out of the way and still have the probe near the chick. My only negative feedback is the controls are not intuitive. It took me several minutes to program the device. Once programmed, it does it’s job as designed.
