A: Hi - farm raised. Very good stuff - v tasty indeed

A: A couple of years ago, I ordered four 2-oz of Romanoff Caviar Red Salmon. I paid $19.95 for shipping, and it came packaged in dry ice. However, and ever since, I buy my caviar from https://www.caviarstar.com/.

**Q: How long will this last after opening if stored in the refrigerator?**
A: No more than a week. Flavor determined by how  long it was exposed to air.

**Q: Is this pasteurized?  My pregnant wife is craving caviar but she can only eat it if it has been pasteurized.  Thanks!**
A: Doesn't mater this is roe not caviar. There is a difference. Caviar is from sturgeon species
