Easy to use, sharp, and handy. Bought more to give as little gifts. Review: Maybe the best folding utility knife on the market. - There are dozens of folding utility knives on the market, but this one is probably the best available. The handle is exceptionally well designed and made, with thick aluminum slabs over a steel frame. The mechanism that locks the blade holder in the handle (open or closed) is a button lock and extremely well executed - this is probably the most difficult lock to execute well on a folding knife. The pivot bushings appear to be thick nylon or similar material, so there's no metal-metal bearing area. The blade lock is all metal (many are plastic) and the blades are very easily removed and reinstalled because the holder is quite well made. The blade holder is made of layered stainless steel and very well finished, with smooth edges The lanyard loop is thick and finished quite well. When open, the knife is comfortable and absolutely solid. Overall, I'm impressed with the quality design and superb finishing of an inexpensive product. Just bought another one. The blades supplied with any utility knife are not as important as many reviewers think. They're all sharp and all are disposable, so ignore anything you read about the blades supplied with this knife or any other. You'll be buying blades in bulk for years, and none last very long; unless you buy very expensive stainless blades or blades fully coated with TiN, they'll all rust (high-carbon blades will rust when the oil coating wears away). The blade supplied with this knife at least have the metal composition noted, which is rare, and notable (SK5 is a quality knife steel). When looking for utility knife blades, consider the Lenox blades with TiN edges, the new Fiskars blades (hard to find but supposed to hold an edge for a long time), or the serrated blades available from Home Depot (awesome cutting power). Buy them in 50-blade packs with a dispenser. When the blade edge dulls, turn it around, use the other side, and when that edge dulls, just toss it out and insert a new one. ## Features - Upgrade Design: The button for replacing the blade is changed from plastic to metal, smoother blade replacement, soft and durable. The cutter head design is more ergonomic, more convenient, and less laborious—a widened grip for all types of palms - Safety Use: BIBURY utility knife has a small plastic protector on the blade tip, and a safety lock on the body, which can ensure safe use, especially safety lock can keep the blade in place when you do not use the box cutter and protects you from hurts - Anti Slip Design: On the art cutter’s body, we create the anti-slip handle and an anti-slip button. BIBURY team takes most of the use scenes into consideration and makes sure the customer can safely use the product - Durable and Multipurpose: BIBURY team has strict requirements for product quality. This utility cutter makes of high-quality anodized aluminum and stainless steel body, stainless steel blade, wear and rust resistance that making it suitable in cutting carpet, paper, plastic leather, rope, carton box, etc - Quick Change Mechanism: Easy access button design, just need to push the button to realize blade quick change with no additional tools required. Accepts all standard size utility knife blades ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0CFL39VGR | | Best Sellers Rank | #139,321 in Tools & Home Improvement ( See Top 100 in Tools & Home Improvement ) #559 in Utility Knives | | Blade Material | Stainless Steel | | Brand | BIBURY | | Brand Name | BIBURY | | Color | Olive Green | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 3,813 Reviews | | Handle Material | Aluminum | | Handle Type | Non-Retractable | | Included Components | utility knife | | Item Highlight | Pocket Knife, Aluminum Alloy Handle, Heavy Duty Carpet Knife, Quick Change, For Cardboard, Carpet, DIY Crafts & Office, Green | | Item Length | 5 inches | | Item Weight | 6.4 ounces | | Manufacturer | BIBURY | | Manufacturer Part Number | BBY-MT20 | | Material | Stainless Steel | | Material Type | Stainless Steel | | Model Number | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Product Style | Retractable | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Blade Length:** 17 centimeters - **Blade Material:** Stainless Steel - **Brand:** BIBURY - **Color:** Black - **EU Spare Part Availability Duration:** 1 years - **Handle Material:** Aluminum Alloy - **Item Length:** 2.4 inches - **Item Weight:** 188 g - **Material:** Aluminum Alloy, Stainless Steel - **Style:** utility knife, bot cutter ## Images ![BIBURY Folding Utility Knife, Easy Release Box Cutter With 10pcs SK5 Blades - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/714TVIdQD6L.jpg) ![BIBURY Folding Utility Knife, Easy Release Box Cutter With 10pcs SK5 Blades - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71uDmXzq8YL.jpg) ![BIBURY Folding Utility Knife, Easy Release Box Cutter With 10pcs SK5 Blades - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71J+7T9qC7L.jpg) ![BIBURY Folding Utility Knife, Easy Release Box Cutter With 10pcs SK5 Blades - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71DAEaJNoLL.jpg) ![BIBURY Folding Utility Knife, Easy Release Box Cutter With 10pcs SK5 Blades - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71rLd8vBJOL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Make up your mind. sk-5 steel is not stainless!!! this is misleading. stop it. what is it?** A: What is the question?
