In addition to pages dedicated to each element, there are interesting sections on interesting topics like radiation and basic chemical principles and properties. He told me it was one of his favorite Christmas gifts, which is huge, since he doesn't enjoy books in general.

I've been interested in science all my life and am always looking for well-written books that give me an understanding of specific topics. Been looking for something on the periodic table and this hits the nail on the head. Clear descriptions of complex topics, diagrams and graphics to illustration concepts and relationships. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Explanations, Small print

We gave this book to our grandson with his Plexiglass 3 dimensional Periodic Table with elements. He loves it. The book is well-made with glossy pages, but my main concern is that some of the print is too small and doesn’t have good contrast with the background page color. Use of a magnifying glass makes some of the text easier to read. The book could be made larger (8.5x 11) and then perhaps the print could be larger and darker.
