This rice is so flavorful! Yes it is expensive, but I consider this a special treat. This rice is great as a side dish which allows you to enjoy its delicate flavor. Don’t think of this as a standard any day rice that you’ll smother in a sauce, please don’t smother it in a sauce. It’s to good of a product to treat it that way!I recommend melting a little butter in the pan and toasting the rice in the melted butter on medium heat. Once it gives off a nice popcorn aroma, pour in your water or broth (standard 2 parts liquid to 1 part rice), bring to a boil, reduce to low cover and cook for 15 minutes. Then turn off the heat and let it finish cooking for another 15 minutes.
