I only found this out once I’d put it (almost) together. I contacted customer services at amazon who said they have no contact details for the seller... so I’ve no way to contact them to ask them to send spares. An internet search brought up a lot of random sites but no concrete way to contact this company... I could have returned it but instead I’m just going to go to a diy store to see what I can find to fix it, it’s just a bit disappointing to buy something ‘new’ when it’s clearly not in my opinion.The screen is....ok it does the job, the buttons are VERY clicky! A few minutes in a room with someone else I can imagine them getting annoyed, the speakers are really bad if I’m honest, but there is a headphone socket, and I like how you can see how much charge there is in the battery and plug the charger in to charge it without removing the battery. Plugging in the charger will restart the device so don’t do it mid game! It’s quite uncomfortable to hold it seems very much like this is a starting point for you to build upon, I see people using 3D printers to make better covers and I’m doing exactly this as I can’t play more than ten minutes currently (because the back has no screws to hold it on!) but also the edges are quite harsh on the hands. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant Retro gaming console. *by S***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 August 2019* If you like Retro games this is a must. This is very easy to setup taking around 30 minutes to fully buld and configure. The screen is amazing beating most of the orriginal consoles it emulates. Eventhough you need a raspberry pi, memory card and a battery( which I stole out of an old laptop battery) it is still reasonably priced.The screen is so good that you can even use the raspberry pi as a portable computer if you add a keyboard and mouse.Battery life is not great but that could just be because my battery is an old battery. I have found that changing from battery to charger does reset the unit which seems to defeat the object of having a battery.
