I had been wanting one to practice with my handstands. They’re so versatile and can help with strengthening your core, and stretching out your body.This ball was perfect for all of the above. It comes with its own pump, but I found it tiresome to pump it, but hey, it was a work out in itself. But if you do have an electric air pump, I recommend using it. Once it was blown up it was perfect for what I needed it for.
