It cradles my Switch perfectly and has a hard foam core that doesn't allow excess rubbing on the buttons, which can probably help stop joycon drift.There is a lot of room for all your things, and even includes an awesome group of extra items like the screen protector and little joycon grips. There are slots with a foam protector that is removable, in case you would like to have more storage than what is already provided.There is a slot for the gaming console itself. We have ours in the slot, with a protective clear hard case on. There are also spaces directly next to it for the wrist straps, one on each side of where the console would be, and then you just insert the wrist straps.This case also had a slot for the docking station and charging cord.We also liked that we were able to fit multiple wireless controllers in the case. We have three different wireless controllers for the switch at home, and being able to store everything in the case was a big thing.
