I use them on and off, using one today and the other later. One of the reasons why I buy and listen to these products is to help me feel better. I thought it would help with sleep, but it did more than that. Much more. I listened to it when I get depressed, and it lifted me up; I was upset, and it soothed my soul; I was anxious for no reason, for some reason, and the sound waves carried them away. I have tried a TON of other delta wave programs to do all these things for me. Most of the delta brain wave audiobooks repeat in sound over and over, which can really annoy some people. This cd does NOT REPEAT itself. It is meditation music mixed with the delta frequencies. The medtative sounds are soft waterfall sounds with angelic voices singing now and then, along with very light and soft piano that makes you feel like drifting away into eternal bliss. I think that this cd will make anyone feel better...in health, physically or mental wise. Just wanted to share with you - thank you and do yourself a favor and buy this cd! It is a great investment in controlling the stress that seems to be all over us in this day and age.
