They go in to the wall very easily, and because of the thin metal shaft they pull themselves into the wall dead straight, which is brilliant when you're stood on a ladder and trying to balance and put these in at the same time. They also come with screws which are very strong. I'm now on my third pack, and I'll be back for more soon! Review: Excellent when used with care - Good product but you have to be very careful to insert them slowly. If you use a powered driver set on slow for use with dry wall. Too fast and the fixing just keys into the board and rips out leaving a ragged hole. And will work for this. However as the hollow gap behind my plaster was ltd, they were snapping before fully screwing in. Was left with a load of holes that needed filling. If you have plasterboard against solid wall, you are better just drilling, using standard raw plains and longer screws **Q: Can we use them in 12.5mm plasterboards?** A: Total rubbish , just chew up the plasterboard , would not recommend. **Q: Would this work on a hollow panel door to hold robe hook?** A: These are especially for hollow plaster/gypsum walls. For a (hollow) door, an expanding fitting such as Fischer's Duopower or Plasplug's DR308 would be a better solution. Regards, lim **Q: What is the difference between single & wall plug? Pls advice** A: In both cases you get the plug you see in the picture with the metal blade on the front. These are for plasterboard walls. They make their own hole in the wall and are very easy to use. In the "+ wall plug" options you also get a box of "normal" plugs. These are also very good but you have to drill a hole first.
