Once we figured it out it was much easier but took some trial and error ( and hubs muscle). Overall it is lightweight and compact. Easy to pack up and super sturdy. My teenage son uses it when we travel and finds it quite comfy. The 17”x6” package looks smaller on the internet (wondering what size hands that model had).Did a test run setting one up - definitely nice to try this at home before you attempt it at night in the rough after a long day! Once set up it is sturdy and supportive.1) When you insert the poles along the side, make sure to tuck the ends into the corner of the cot fabric.
