The thickness and strength are much better than expected, especially for such an inexpensive item. The arch of the part matched perfectly to the bumper on my vintage Miata, and it's size and style fit the right look. Amazon warns... this is a " high return item" , and suggests careful measuring before ordering. I would also recommend while you measure, consider the placement of the item. I mean is there enough surface area to mount it, low enough, that you will like the look. On my application, the bottom lip of the Miata bumper only extends about 1" under the car, and I had to make a custom bracket to support the front lip of the diffuser. It was well worth the little extra work, for the end results. I put this on my 2015 Infiniti Q60 convertible and it looks great. Be sure to measure carefully, because the fit will be the key to success on your car. Because my rear panel has a bit of a curve to it, I used some nice looking black panels screws to secure it on all 4 corners, but they're hardly visible and guarantee that the adhesive won't let go and drop your diffuser.
